Tom joined Tysers in 2009 and worked in the Marine Claims team. After a period in the Political Violence team, Tom moved back to Marine to develop Direct and Reinsurance business from Latin America and the Sub Continent. Tom was promoted to run the Hull and Machinery and Protection & Indemnity team at Tysers in 2017.
