Sergio Blanco-Herrera serves as counsel at Sioli Alexander Pino and focuses on Insurance Defense, Federal Workers’ Compensation, and Commercial Litigation/Transactions.
Blanco-Herrera completed his Juris Doctorate at the University of Indiana Robert H. McKinney School of law in Indianapolis, Indiana. While attending law school, he was a legal extern for the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, where he focused on alternative dispute resolution and litigation matters. As an extern for the Civil Rights Commission, Blanco-Herrera acquired valuable knowledge and insight about oral advocacy, drafting of litigation pleadings, and alternative dispute resolution.
Blanco-Herrera moved to Miami in 2016 to attend the University of Miami School of Law for his dual specialization in International Arbitration and Tax law. While attending the University of Miami School of Law, he worked as a law clerk, where he honed his skills in contract drafting, motion practice, and litigation advocacy. He completed his LL.M. in International Arbitration as well as his LL.M. in Tax.
