Ray Luukas is a Consultant Marine / Mechanical Engineer at Brookes Bell, former Senior Partner and Chief Technical Officer.  He has extensive hull and machinery and P&I claims experience, including structural failures, machinery damage, fires, flooding, salvage and wreck removal.  Ray has given expert evidence in arbitrations and court hearings internationally.  He has also participated in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) schemes including Mediations and has acted as a 3rd Expert in Neutral Evaluations and been appointed as Third Arbitrator for LMAA arbitration.
