Mojisola is a Partner at Foundation Chambers, leading the firm’s Maritime, Multimodalism, and International Trade Practice Group. She provides strategic legal counsel to corporate clients, with expertise in ship registration, financing, sale, charter party agreements, cargo claims, and maritime labour matters.

She also spearheads Caveat Guard, the firm’s legal tech division, driving innovation in legal protection for vessels and properties in Nigeria.

An experienced litigator, Mojisola has successfully managed disputes on charter parties, cargo claims, collisions, and regulatory compliance at the Federal High Court. She represents multinational corporations, shipowners, P&I clubs, charterers, and terminal operators, advising on Cabotage, Local Content, and other regulatory frameworks.

With a Master’s in Shipping Law from the University of Cape Town, she is recognised as a Leading Associate and Recommended Lawyer by Legal 500 (2021–2025) and is a published authority on Lexology.
