Jose Rosas is ABL’s Country Lead for Panama and has more than 20 years of experience as a marine surveyor and consultant.  He is a naval architect and marine engineer with experience in all types of marine surveys and audits, marine casualty investigation, risk assessment and maritime training. Jose is a chartered engineer in the UK and Panamanian Engineering Councils and a Fellow Member of IMarEST.
