Herman is partner in Wikborg Rein and admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court.

He is head of Wikborg Rein’s Shipping and Offshore Dispute Practice in Oslo and global head of the Maritime Emergency Response Team.

Herman has almost 20 years of experience with handling high profile global maritime casualties, as well as related marine insurance disputes and multi-jurisdictional litigations. He has extensive experience with cover disputes under P&I, hull, war and cargo insurances, as well as reinsurance and direct actions. He has argued several landmark cases before the Norwegian Supreme Court.
