Guglielmo is a qualified Italian lawyer with over 20 years of experience specialising in maritime law and insurance.

His practice focuses on complex claims and disputes involving both commercial vessels and yachts. He has extensive experience in casualty matters and hull and machinery claims, as well as in re/insurance coverage, including the drafting and negotiation of related contracts.

Guglielmo has acted on behalf of leading Italian and international insurers and is well regarded for his work in marine casualties, insurance litigation, and contractual advisory.

He holds a Master’s degree in Maritime Law from University College London and an Advanced Certificate in Managing Sanctions Risk from the International Compliance Association (ICA). He is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a regular contributor to specialist maritime law publications.
