Frédéric Denèfle started his career in REUNION EUROPEENNE  marine claim Dept  in 1986  after a law Degree obtained with PARIS I SORBONNE.

He joined the Allianz Group Marine Branch (EX AGFMAT ) in 1997 and left for Groupement  d’Assurance des Risques Exceptionnels  -GAREX-  the French Insurance Marine War pool in 2012  where he became Managing Director in 2017.

GAREX was created in 1980 and has a dual commitment to marine war risks with a recognized practice in  Marine War hull sector and a recent  activity extension on the Cargo war business.
