Emily McCulloch is the Head of Claims (Americas) at West, and has been based in their New York office for over 5 years.  She oversees claims for US domestic fleets, as well as for Members domiciled in Latin America.

Emily has a Masters in International Trade and Maritime Law, and almost 20 years experience as an English qualified lawyer.  Prior to her position at West, Emily spent time in private practice, as in-house counsel for a UK Shipowner and as a Syndicate Manager at another IG P&I Club.  She handles a broad spectrum of FDD and P&I claims, and is experienced in handling complex casualties.
